Pool Maintenance

For facilities without on‑site lifeguards or staff trained in pool and spa care, Tactical Aquatics provides reliable, uniformed maintenance professionals to keep your aquatic environment operating at required standards. Service frequency is fully customizable—from one to seven visits per week—based on facility usage, water quality demands, and the level of support available from your building staff.

For sites with staff who can perform day‑to‑day tasks, we also offer a monthly consultation and preventative maintenance program. This ensures your team stays on track while we handle inspections, water balance verification, equipment checks, and long‑term care planning.

Then our professional pool maintenance service is right for you!


During our complete pool maintenance visit our pool service staff will do the following:

  • Test and balance water chemistry (chemicals billed extra)

  • Skim pool surface

  • Vacuum pool/spa (up to 1 hour included)

  • Backwash your pool filter (if applicable)

  • Remove scum line

  • Visual inspection of pump/filter/heater

  • A maintenance log will be provided to you after each visit

  • If requested, extra chemicals can be left and billed accordingly

  • Salt cell inspection and cleaning

  • Cartridge cleaning
