Scuba Diving Search and Recovery

Losing something valuable in the water can be stressful, but in many cases, it can be found. As a trained recreational scuba diver with experience in controlled search patterns, buoyancy management, and underwater navigation, We offer Search & Recovery services for items lost in ponds, rivers, and lakes across the GTA and surrounding regions.
Whether it’s a phone, keys, jewellery, tools, fishing gear, or another personal item, I conduct a safe, methodical underwater search using established recreational diving techniques.
What we Offer
-
Initial assessment of the site, conditions, and likelihood of recovery
-
Structured underwater search patterns appropriate for visibility and depth
-
Use of lift bags for small recoveries when required
-
Surface support and safety procedures during all operations
-
Clear communication about search limitations, risks, and realistic expectations
Important Notes
This is a recreational-level search service, not a public safety dive operation. I do not enter hazardous environments such as:
-
Fast‑moving water
-
Overhead environments (caves, ice, wreck penetration)
-
Contaminated water
-
Areas requiring commercial diving certification
Safety is always the priority. If conditions are unsafe or visibility makes recovery impossible, I will advise you before any dive begins.
Your Recovery Starts with a Conversation
If you’ve lost something in the water, contact Tactical Aquatics with:
-
What was lost
-
When and where it entered the water
-
Approximate depth
-
Water conditions (if known)
The more information you provide, the better the chance of a successful recovery.
