Leave & Break Period Policy
Unsupervised Break Periods
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that all students—including minors—are not under the supervision of Tactical Aquatics during designated break periods or at any time outside scheduled program hours. Breaks are unsupervised, and students may choose to leave the premises during these times.
If the Participant is under 18, you consent to the minor leaving the premises during break periods, understanding that Tactical Aquatics is not responsible for the student once they exit the facility.
Requesting That a Minor Remain On‑Site
If you do not want a minor Participant to leave the premises during break periods, it is the sole responsibility of the Parent or Legal Guardian to notify Tactical Aquatics in writing prior to the start of the program.
Tactical Aquatics cannot and does not guarantee that a student will remain on‑site during breaks, nor is Tactical Aquatics responsible for preventing a student from leaving the premises.
Responsibility During Unsupervised Times
You agree that Tactical Aquatics, including its employees, instructors, contractors, and representatives, is not liable for any actions, incidents, injuries, or losses that occur during:
-
Unsupervised break periods
-
Any time before or after scheduled program hours
-
Any period during which the student chooses to leave the premises
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tactical Aquatics from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from a student’s actions or activities during these unsupervised times.
Illness or Early Departure
If a student becomes ill or chooses to leave early, Tactical Aquatics will make reasonable efforts to contact the Parent or Legal Guardian and follow the instructions provided. However, Tactical Aquatics is not responsible for supervising the student once they elect to leave the premises.
