All refund and rescheduling requests must be submitted by email to info@tacticalaquatics.ca
The timestamp of your email determines eligibility—not when the message is read.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only when requested before the course begins and are subject to administrative fees based on how far in advance the request is received.

Additional Refund Conditions

Students are responsible for meeting all prerequisites before registering.
Refunds will not be issued to students who fail to meet prerequisites, including on the day of the course. -
Refunds apply to course fees only. Add‑ons, materials, and taxes are non‑refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling allows students to move to another available course date. Fees may apply depending on when the request is received.

Additional Rescheduling Conditions

Credits apply to course fees only and exclude add‑ons or materials.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Once a course is rescheduled, it becomes non‑refundable.

Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional administrative fees.
Course Materials Policy

Purchased or rented materials (manuals, equipment, digital access) are non‑refundable once received.

Rented materials must be returned in similar condition at the end of the course.
Normal wear is acceptable; damage or non‑return will result in a charge for full replacement value plus HST. -
Online‑only courses, webinars, and digital products are final sale.
Code of Conduct & Refusal of Service
Tactical Aquatics is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a participant from a course at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Harassment or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or participants

Disruptive conduct that interferes with instruction or safety

Failure to follow safety protocols or instructor directions
Students removed for conduct violations are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Administrative Notes

All fees are subject to HST.

Email delivery failures (bounce‑backs, error messages) are the student’s responsibility.

Tactical Aquatics may update these policies at any time to ensure fairness, safety, and operational efficiency.
